Standard

Each week I write myself a menu so I thought I would post them, in case you find them useful too. Deciding on meals every day can be arduous. This will give you some ideas to see you through each week. I have included breakfast, lunches for work and lunches for school, and dinner. I haven’t added recipes, as there are so many ways to prepare a dish – same name, different ingredients. However, as I come across recipes that fit the category, I will add them to the blog.

For now, here is Menu 1.
